Provide technical assistance and act as functional systems' expert for benefits department and work closely with HRIS
Play a key role in projects such as annual open enrollment, year end processing, Total Rewards statements, etc.
Ensure accuracy of vendor interfaces and HRIS solution integration with other systems
Assist HR and Payroll departments in developing processes and interfaces related to Benefits
Assist in the ongoing analysis, definition, documentation and testing of business requirements for the HRIS software
Follow up on test plans, scenarios, cases & scripts and analyze, resolve, validate and document test results
At least 3 years of employee benefits/HRIS administration experience
Proven experience with an HRIS software implementations and day-to-day HRIS benefits administration, benefits administration, self-service, and query experience preferred
Experience and familiarity with ACA reporting requirements a real plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
