Mission description
Right-hand man of your Store Manager, you are asked to:- Manage a team of 20 to 100 employees- Ensure the development of your employees (dialogue, training, conflict prevention, etc..)- Implement the strategies needed to achieve the goals set by your Director (sales, sales, etc..)- Analyze the results,- Propose areas for improvement,- Ensuring customer satisfaction in order to retain them.
