Som HR-Koordinator arbetar du tillsammans med Talentsofts HR-avdelning. Du arbetar med administration och arbetsuppgifter kopplat till anställning/HR-data, pensioner och försäkringar, samt rekrytering.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer att vara allmän HR-administration exempelvis:

Vara behjälplig i att upprätta anställningsavtal (enligt mall)
Koordinera och hantera löpande löneadministration till våra lönebyråer
Uppdatera anställningsdata i HR-masterdatasystemet 
Administration i vårt frånvarorapporteringssystem
Pensionsadministration och inrapportering till försäkringsmäklare
Ta fram rapporter/data/statistik ur vårt HR-system
Administrera annonser och ansökningar i rekryteringssystemet.
Lägga upp och sprida annonser i andra kanaler och sociala medier
Boka intervjuer, skicka svarsmail etc
Administration/bokningar i samband med vårt introduktionsprogram för nyanställda
Övrig administration och allmän praktisk support ex i samband med events/möten/chefskonferenser&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Vi söker dig som självklart är duktig på administration, dvs är noggrann och serviceinriktad. 

Vi lägger stor vikt vid din personliga inställning till jobbet. Vi vill att du ska tycka detta är kul och att du har en god förmåga att ta dig an nya arbetsuppgifter snabbt samt är van att arbeta i en snabbrörlig miljö. 

Utöver svenska behöver du kunna hantera engelska då det är vårt koncernspråk.

Du arbetar troligen i en liknande roll idag (eller har annan relevant erfarenhet) och vill fortsätta göra det framöver men söker en ny roligare arbetsplats.

F.eks. arbejder vi lige nu med at udvikle LUS- og MUS-koncepter, planlægge en ny 3i1 måling, ledelsesudviklingsprojektet Bæredygtige Arbejdskulturer. Et andet opgavefelt kan være at bidrage til temadage og konferencer om HR-temaer, som udbydes til medarbejdere og ledere.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
