A well organised, commercial and intelligent HR generalist with a track record of business partnering experience, building strong relationships with internal clients built upon sound technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills. A minimum of five years' generalist' experience, preferably with some Professional Services experience although those with less or more experience will be considered provided they can demonstrate the competencies listed below; Sound knowledge of employee relations process and current employment legislation Proven track record in respect of Graduate, lateral and retained recruitment at all levels; Rounded knowledge of compensation and benefits Good understanding of the relevance of training and development in relation to performance management; Good influencing and negotiating skills; PC literate (Microsoft Office suite & HRIS)

Som IT-förvaltare kommer du att vara ansvarig för IT-förvaltningsobjekt kring HR-processer och sköta planering, genomförande och uppföljning av förvaltningen på en taktisk nivå. Du kommer att arbeta en del i projektform och vara med och utveckla Talentsofts HR-stöd. Du kommer att i enlighet med Talentsofts förvaltningsmodell vara operativt ansvarig för överlappningen mellan verksamhet, förvaltningsobjekt och externa leverantörer. Du rapporterar direkt till enhetschefen och har mycket kontaktytor mot Talentsofts verksamhet och externa IT leverantörer.

För att vara framgångsrik som IT-förvaltare bör du ha utbildning från systemvetenskaplig linje (eller motsvarande). Du ska ha erfarenhet av systemförvaltning och det är en klar fördel om du har projekterfarenhet. Arbetet kräver god analytisk förmåga och förståelse för komplexa sammanhang, liksom en mycket god kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga. Du har mycket goda kunskaper och insikter i gränslandet mellan verksamhetens behov och teknikens möjligheter. Som person ser du en utmaning i förändringar och du stimuleras av en miljö där vi prövar gällande föreställningar mot nya idéer och framtida behov.
