A well organised, commercial and intelligent HR generalist with a track record of business partnering experience, building strong relationships with internal clients built upon sound technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills. A minimum of five years' generalist' experience, preferably with some Professional Services experience although those with less or more experience will be considered provided they can demonstrate the competencies listed below; Sound knowledge of employee relations process and current employment legislation Proven track record in respect of Graduate, lateral and retained recruitment at all levels; Rounded knowledge of compensation and benefits Good understanding of the relevance of training and development in relation to performance management; Good influencing and negotiating skills; PC literate (Microsoft Office suite &amp; HRIS)&lt;br /&gt;

Våra krav på dig som söker:

• Goda kunskaper i InDesign
• Kunskap i Photoshop
• God förmåga att kommunicera i text- både copy och informativa texter
• Någon form av utbildning inom marknad- och kommunikation
• Projektledarerfarenhet
• Gärna erfarenhet av trycksaksproduktion och kontakt med tryckerier
• Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska
• Goda kunskaper i engelska
