The nature of the role will be to manage an IT division of 150 IT staff. You will work with key business stakeholders to develop the IT strategy, transition plan and target operating model for the merged organisations. There are 3 elements that you will define; creation of a Shared Service, Integration strategy and programmes, and defining future Digital transformation plans to help the business achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned IT Director with similar experience to the above. Dentro del negocio de Servicios de Riesgo - Riesgos de TI, que se unirá el grupo de Servicios Financieros de la Industria, que incluye toda la experiencia de nuestra empresa destinada sector financiero (seguros y prestaciones a los empleados, gestión de activos, banca, bienes raíces, dinero en efectivo) .Nuestros equipos de expertos en gobernanza de los sistemas de información están haciendo la auditoría y la consultoría, tales como:- Auditorías de las aplicaciones y los procesos de negocio asociados;- Auditorías de las funciones de gobierno y de la información;- Revisión del control interno y gestión del riesgo (la ley Sarbanes Oxley, SAS 70, ...);- Outsourcing de auditoría interna;- La gobernanza y la aplicación de calidad de los datos;la debida diligencia;- Apoyar en la definición e implementación de puntos de referencia relativos a los procesos de TI (COBIT, otro ...).
